NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top computer companies were mixed at the close of trading: Apple Inc fell $1.76 or .9 percent, to $194.67. Dell Inc fell $.11 or .8 percent, to $13.12. Hewlett Packard fell $.09 or .2 percent, to $50.05. IBM rose $.34 or .3 percent, to $129.68. Lexmark rose $.02 or .1 percent, to $24.99.
